Tour Package
Rates: $2300.00 USD / Per Person (Shared-Occupancy) – Single-room option is available.
100% refundable through April 10, 2024
Early-bird special:
Bookings made by March 1, 2024 will get a $100.00 discount off the tour package. To confirm an early-bird discount, a $500 deposit is required after completing your initial booking. The remaining balance is due by July 30, 2024.
Our knowledgeable tour expert can arrange and ensure that our tour participants have all needed directions, information and help required to plan all visa processing, airport picks ups, sightseeing activities and all ground trips for the entirety of your stay.

What is included in tour rate
The Tour rate covers your accommodation, 3 freshly cooked meals daily, sightseeing, entertainment, airport pick up and drop-offs, ground transportation to and from workshop grounds, and Wi-Fi services.
What’s Not included in the tour rate
Airfares, visa fees, health insurance, vaccinations, alcoholic drinks, covid testing, or covid-related expenses are Not included as part of the tour fee.
Cancellation & Refund
All payments including the deposit are 100% refundable thru October 15, 2023, no questions asked. However, If you cancel within 60-days before the start date, 50% of the fee paid is refundable. For all cancellations within 14-days before the program start date, fee paid or deposit is non-refundable. If you’ve any questions or concerns, please contact us via email or phone.
Getting to Africa
All participants are required to obtain a visa from the nearest Ghanaian Representation (Embassy, Consulate or High Commission) in their country. Find below Ghanaian Consulates/Embassies and their websites:

AIRFARE
All students and tour participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Air fares range from $1200 – $2500 USD, depending on where you depart and who you book with. You can book your flight from the following websites:

VACCINATIONS:
All students/participants are required to obtain recommended vaccinations before their trip to Ghana. The following vaccines might be recommended for travel to Ghana.
Covid-19:
A negative PCR Covid-19 test maybe required before entry to Ghana.
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Rabies
Typhoid Yellow Fever – a certificate of yellow fever vaccination may be required for entry into Ghana.
